Noisyjon
Here's mine, it's actually something i'm part way through building, had the image in my head then after mapping it out on that builder, could finally see what it's going to look like when it's finished. I can't wait for it to be done! (ps, yes, i did photoshop the reverse P pick up next to the bridge but that's what's going on it and i'm not having a logo on it so i got rid of it on the picture)..
Like it! Captain Codpiece
well here are my two just wish there was a 5 option tele style has stack knobs for vol/bass (custom pot probably) and treble/mid Edited March 17, 2014 by Captain Codpiece
electric nate
I've yet to come across a single manufacturer that offers a bass with just a passive J-bass bridge pickup and a volume and nothing else. I've been wanting a super simple bass like this for years but I can't bring myself to fork out for a custom shop build - especially not for such a basic design. In an ideal world i'd probably have a 51/tele headstock on it as well, just because that's EVEN simpler than the standard fender shape. Maybe even a reversed tele headstock, just to make it a bit more unique.

electric nate
it's a shame the official fender version gives you far fewer options
Biaeothanata-Bassist
The fender one is crap! Won't let you mix and match parts.
Immo
Pickup wiring is like in Strat with 1 Vol and 1 Tone. and chickenhead knob works as a 5-way selector switch on Strat.
SolomonHelsing
When madness takes over. For those interested: Chicken head switch- 1: Jazz (Distorted to genuine Jazz Sound due to placement of pups) 2: P/J 3: P 4: MM Series 5: MM Parallel 6: ALL OF THEM! And killswitch to silence the beast.
muttley
No volume pot?
SolomonHelsing
I was thinking just killswitch to silence it when needed, but volume might help.... haha
Immo
Man, I love that tool. Pretty straightforward and no-nonsense. Coil select 3-position switch, volume pot, tone pot.
