Musky Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 The volute at the back of the headstock is a huge giveaway, as Fender necks don't look like that. And the seventies logo and lack of string through means even if it was a Fender it's wouldn't be a Hotrod. Quote

Hotrods were only made for a couple of years from the year 2000, the bridge pickup is askew, the tuners are all wrong, the bridge is wrong and there's no serial number, ...otherwise everything is cool....oh..the knobs might be a mod!
