SOLD: Ken Smith bridge pickup

Hi, I have for sale original Ken Smith bridge soapbar pickup, wide version for 19mm spacing at the bridge.

pickup is in excellent condition, actually never used till yesterday, I mounted it in "wannabe bass project" just to test it, but I need funds to put together my main bass so this has to wait for some better times

I played it shortly in passive and it sounds just wonderful, oh my.....

measurements:

101,5 mm x 37,5mm

distance between poles (center to center string): 18,5mm
total poles distance (center to center string): 73mm

2x mounting screws included, no springs tho.

bump for short soundclip.

recorded in audacity, cheap onboard soundcard, all passive with "Fender" tone capacitor on output (means tone = 100%).

You make me and maybe also others very curious, but... to hear the soundclip you need to log in to box.com, maybe you can change the settings to make this clip public?

Hi, Ron, thanks for the notice.

edit: it should be fine now. sound clip isn't much, just short to show that pickup is fully functional
