800w 4ohm 8x5" PJBish combo project

[b][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][color=#222222][size=3]As some of you may have noticed I have had my PJB 24b up for sale for a while now and hardly any interest has been shown so I am going to have the cab made into 3 combos, keep one for myself and put the other 2 up for sale.[/size][/color][/font][/b][color=#222222][font=Arial][size=3][/size][/font][/color]

[b][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][color=#222222][size=3]My idea is to have them professionally made almost exactly as the PJB 8B but with a 4u rack housing built into the top of it so you can house pretty much whatever you want into it and have an 800W 4ohm cab underneath it using the PJB PIRANHA TYPE A 100W 8ohm drivers which should be sufficient for most amps.[/size][/color][/font][/b]

Personaly would hang onto it until the climate picks up.
Even if you manage to do a great job in the conversion they still might not sell and then you would be stuck with nowhere to go.
I would hang on and wait for a buyer, that cab is wonderful.

An interesting idea. Have you worked out how much this will cost and the return you expect from selling them? I would imagine you'd make very little and would be better hanging on to it.

I'm with voxpop on this one. PJB gear isn't flavour of month just now but that cab looks like a corker...if only I had the cash and some space for it etc etc. I'd hang on until you can sort a proper deal out.
