I've just started reading this after it being recommended to me by a fellow musician. 38 pages in so far and it looks OK.

Anybody else any experience of Green/Gallwey's book?

I've just started reading it too. I'm at around page 36 and what it promises sounds good, I am so guilty of allowing my mind to wander nit just when I'm playing bass but in all areas of life. Hopefully it will give me helpful advice to block out that constant chatter in my head
