tommorichards Posted September 10, 2012 Posted September 10, 2012 (edited) Well, my mate got this bass from another mate, and pretty much had it as an ornament as he never really played it. For the base, we have a 2001 crafted in china P bass. It sounds pretty Precision like, quite a nice surprise actually. All the parts are as you expect on the squier p bass, normal bridge, tuners, etc, and all works nicely. So, the punkification... Well, lets just show you some pictures, and yes, the strap is made from orange ducktape as well as being held on by bottle tops: So as you can see, its covered in band and miscellaneous stickers, as well as having mismatched knobs. So, if you are after a nice starter bass which you can look after and help keep its value, then this probably isnt for you, but if you are in a punky band and want something to thrash out on without worrying about damage, then i think you've found it. Price, £75 not including postage. Any questions, feel free to ask. You can try her out in the wirral area. Edited September 28, 2012 by tommorichards
