bigd1
I need to sell this combo, but have no idea on price. I've had it about 6yrs bought new from the Bass Center. In like new condition, always had a custom made cover to keep it clean & warm. Sounds fantastic, It really is the best sounding amp/combo I've ever used, and I've had a few over the years. Full info on the amp can be found here (it's the last section) http://www.swrsound.com/support/manuals/pd...10_12_15_om.PDF Advise please. Musky
I've got the 160W version, which I bought secondhand about four years ago for £220 off ebay. I reckoned it was a bit of a bargain as it was collection only and the seller had zero feedback. It's a bit hard to guess how much one of these might sell for now - you don't see many in the UK and other brands are probably more fashionable right now. You're right about the quality though. It's very capable amp and louder than the wattage would lead you to expect.
bass_dinger
A 12 went on ebay for a piffling £110 (or a little less). Again, collection only (this time from Derby). A second one in (oddly again in Derby, but this time a 15) did not reach its reserve, but was bid up to £105. It's on again, and this time has reached £106. New 15s are for sale here, for £700 < http://www.thebassgallery.com/swr.html > From what I have heard about these, they really ought to be a lot more desirable (and thus, costly). But perhaps their combination of rarity and high-end pedigree means that many buyers have not come across them before, and so do not know what they are. But I do .... which is why I am looking for one. Robert Edited May 18, 2008 by bass_dinger
