This really surprised me when I bought it, it tracked notes right down to bottom G without breaking up. I couldn't tell the pitch anymore since it was so low. You won't get this level of tracking with a Boss Octaver or even an EBS octabass for that matter. Simply the best octave pedal on the market, I don't use it often enough to merit keeping it.
