Evil Undead Posted September 18, 2012 Posted September 18, 2012 (edited) I just bought this a couple of months ago thinking that I might get back into playing guitar as well as bass. But I don't like those skinny strings naw, really, I just found that I don't really enjoy playing guitar as much as bass, so it's been sitting unplayed since the second week. It's a Yamaha Pacifica 112, I'm guessing late 90's but not 100% sure. Natural satin finish over a nice quality alder body (looks like 2 piece), white pickguard and pickups (HSS), maple neck and fretboard. It's got its fair share of dings on the back and sides (don't think any of them go through the finish) and a few scratches on the fretboard at the first fret, nothing that affects playability. No dings on the neck that I can find. Everything in good working order, and it's just had a brand new set of Rotosound strings (10's) on. I'll throw in a spare E string as well. Comes with a kinda hideous but perfectly functional white hard shell case with orange plush interior, fits perfectly. I'm looking for (£80) NOW £65 collected from Gloucester, which as I'm sure anyone who's played one knows, it's quite a bargain. EDIT - the tremolo arm isn't in the photos as I don't use it, but I do have the original one and it is included in the sale. Edited November 7, 2012 by Evil Undead

nottswarwick Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Of these.... Same construction and wood as my high end 812w and at £80 someone needs to buy this.
Evil Undead Posted September 21, 2012 Author Posted September 21, 2012 Thanks NW. Some more pics here of the dings and other random shots. Kongo Posted September 28, 2012 Posted September 28, 2012 For sure these are great guitars. I used one in my 2nd year of music college...Then went back to bass and the rest is history. Point being though, one of these can take you from zero to guitar hero of the Fat Strat. X-D
