He loves Status! He's got a few, and some BCers have bought from him I believe.

In fact, one prominent BCer actually showed Das how to play bass when he used to be a percussionist and in a band with the BCer very long ago. I won't say who it is though sorry

I've only got a couple of ADF albums, but really like his sound and playing on it.

I've always said Status basses don't have to sound scooped and clattery, but I'm still surprised!

Yeah I stopped buying ADF records when Deeder Zaman left, I think he was playing Hohner B basses back then, tuned BEAD. Doesn't surprise me he's using Status basses now though.

I've got one of his old S2 basses. Very nice bass and a lovely guy to talk with.

I strung a Jazz bass up BEAD for him, to show that there were no ill effects to the neck.
