deadraven Posted September 27, 2012 Author Posted September 27, 2012 (edited) It means to travel to me, to pick it up. Edited March 14, 2013 by deadraven
CPBass Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 If this were 4 string Id be at your door. Them low B's have a lot to answer for. Have a bump instead.
Mat AverySadStory Posted September 27, 2012 Posted September 27, 2012 (edited)
It means to travel to me, to pick it up. I have a feeling it would sell quickly if I could send it via courier, but then it just means getting a hardcase, which, after a month or two, if it doesnt sell, thats what i'll do.
ok thank you for that clarification. If the bass is not sold within 1 or 2 months, I get back to you. I have a Bacchus for sale to recover money ;-) Can I order a hardcase on Thomann.de and have it delivered to you Edited September 27, 2012 by Mat AverySadStory
deadraven Posted October 2, 2012 Author Posted October 2, 2012 (edited) I'd rather just wait a while and see dude, if not then I'll consider it, but like I said, I have no trust in couriers. I've seen them break things I thought could not be broken lol bump Edited March 14, 2013 by deadraven
5thread Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 I have a Corvette standard 5 and a 4. Yours is a great looking bass. Think I'm gonna sell a kidney.
BigBeatNut Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Would I be right in assuming this has 16.5 mm string spacing at the bridge ? So far as I can tell, that seems to be standard for warwick 5's.
deadraven Posted October 4, 2012 Author Posted October 4, 2012 I'll be honest, I'm not sure dude, I had a look through the specifications and couldnt find the answer.
greyanaroth Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Wow! Holy crap that's a pretty looking Bass! Got any sound clips?
deadraven Posted October 10, 2012 Author Posted October 10, 2012 not at the moment, I could probably get some in due time, recording our debut album at the moment so I'm pretty busy most of the time!
MarkusWarwick Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Regular hardcases or soft bags from guitar guitar/bass direct should do the job for shipping if u stick it in a well stuffed/padded out cardboard bass box. In need of a good 5 string myself so possibly considering this as well.........
Schnozzalee Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Tis a lovely looking bass, it has to be said. I love the 'dull' yet funky sound of a Warwick, more defined than a Precision - the infinity is the best looking model, without a doubt.
deadraven Posted January 21, 2013 Author Posted January 21, 2013 I do have access to quite alot of packaging material and its a decent softcase that comes with it, but I use TNT on a daily basis at work and they're sh*t frankly. I'd feel alot better with it in a hardcase, but at the moment I'm definatly considering shipping the beast!
