When`s this then? JT is a great bassist - though admittedly I always thought the bass was done by the keyboards in my younger days. shows how wrong one can be. Maybe I assumed this cos he`s pretty and my girlfriend at the time fancied him (probably more than me).

John Taylor is also doing the "Tracks Of My Years" on Ken Bruce's Radio 2 show this week - on even as I type; haven't heard of him having s'thing to promote but it's always possible.

Glenn Hughes was on ITV breakfast telly the other day. Promoting the Marshall concert this weekend with a busted finger from a bizarre volleyball accident. S'pose it beats quad bikes or gardening accidents. Showed a bit of Black Country Communion which woke me up a bit!

Just read the book, more about his career and 'off field' activites - sadly a bit sparse with actual Bass anecdotes. Althought was interested to hear that he used an Aria SB600 for the first album as he couldn't afford the bass he wanted an Ibanez Musician!
