A barrage of comments from other bass players saying 'man I really want this' will make any bit of equipment more desirable

Plus im rather obsessed with gear and love talkin about it. So if I was selling a bass and somebody did it I'd take it as an excuse

But it just needs to be a bit more creative. At least make the compliment a bit specific eh.
