EssentialTension
American TV Documentary from 1967 in which Lenny Bernstein explain and illustrates why some music of the sixties pop revolution is not to be sneered at. Very poor quality but I found it fascinating - perhaps you will too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afU76JJcquI
lowdown
Yep, that's a great watch and very interesting to listen to. Maestro Bernstein looks like something out of a Mafioso film. Garry

Happy Jack
The first section, with Bernstein analysing some of the then-contemporary music, is fascinating. The social analysis that follows is about as embarassing (on both sides of the debate) as you'd expect. I loved Zappa's interjections, and also the way Peter Noone was repeatedly captioned as "Herman".
