Jazz control plate question

Can any of you cognoscenti confirm whether a 'normal' 3-knob control plate has the same dimensions and screw hole locations as the 4-knob control plate?

Supplementary question; does the 4-knob control plate have a 5th hole for the jack socket or are they routinely drilled through the body?

I dont know about whether the plates are interchangeable but the jack socket is routed through the body.

Yes the overall shape/size/screw holes are the same, I've got both sorts of plate here. If there was a fifth hole it would be a 5 hole plate surely

Is the jack socket hole not slightly bigger on a std one KiOgon?
