Aria SB-CB or SB-RI

hi chaps,has anyone had or played one of these ?
thery look to have a pretty wide range on tones but do they sound like the old Jap' ones ?
i really fancy one & they're not badly priced,i know they are made in Korea & get pretty decent write ups on other bass forums but hey i only trust what i read on here
