405 Not allowed when posting

Trying to post a reply, with an image, in Off topic and although the post went through i got the following error immediately after.

[b]405 Not Allowed[/b]

nginx/0.8.54

I also find that a lot of my posts get made ok but my browser never returns me to the thread page, it just sits there as though its still making the post.

Did you try and upload the image or link to it?

I've had this when I try to post a link. Seems to have calmed down though.
