brensabre79 Posted October 10, 2012 Share Posted October 10, 2012 Bargain Bass Thomann are the pits. I ordered a tbox powered monitor from them, it came without the mount. I contacted them, after 3 weeks they sent half the mount. Contacted again, another 2 weeks and I get the rest so its ready to use 6 weeks from when I ordered it. Then I get a bill for £20 for the two shippings of the bits that should have been in the box in the first place. (rant over) I guess it works both ways with them, sometimes you get something you didn't order, sometimes you order something you don't get!
