Mr. Foxen Posted October 4, 2012 Share Posted October 4, 2012 I started doing grounding wire in guitars with solid wire, from leftover bits of mains cable from sorting the house electrics. Means that if your pot nuts come loose, the hard wire soldered to it stops it rotating or falling inside, ditto with the jack socket.
