I would love (could afford) a stingray at that price but I am very wary about replying to the seller. Any tips out there?

I think you're right to be wary. The bass was sold on here less than a week ago, apprently at double the price. He's even using the same pictures (see my link above).

At the very least ask how long he has had the bass. If he claims to have had it more than a week, something fishy is going on!

Also the map he has posted is just off of the M62 and not York as he says is his location. Think I'll hang on to my £470 until I give it to the taxman
