speakers conundrum (sp?)

Hi guys,

Just a quick question i have a twelve inch open backed speaker cabinet.
Where can i get a half decent speaker to replace the bust one that was in there??
also how do you spell conundrum?

Nothing super fancy but nothing terrible either

Open back is probably a guitar cab, so a guitar speaker, and no eqing in lots of bottom.
