I have been trying for some time now to track down just how Felix got that (for want of better words) gritty distortion from his EB1. I know he had Sunn amps but saw a mention somewhere that he had his bass modified in some way.
Does anyone here have the answer?
I would also like to know who else ,other than Epiphone, did a copy of the EB1.
