Ruck
Ive searched the forum, and googled around with no luck. Only sites are american and EMG of course. Was hoping to find someone closer to home. Found a european site but they only do 25k volume/volume pots. I asked if they would work with 2 band EQ and havent had a reply after a week. Hoping someone here can enlighten me. Cheers
goblin
Check out Thomann, it's where I got mine from. I might still have it knocking around somewhere, though soldered onto my old EMG preamp board.

Ruck
Having some fun trying to find one at Thomann, what are they commonly known as please?
Ruck
is this it? http://www.thomann.d...tandem_poti.htm This is the pot I emailed them about. Says its a Dual Volume pot. Will it do the job for the Bass/Treble? Edited October 11, 2012 by Ruck

The closest I can find is a stacked 50k Lin/Lin pot, designed precisely to be a dual bass/treble control. only problem is its 40 euros + postage: http://shop.warwick.de/?&c=35352310036&lang=en&smk=1&modul=shop&site=article_details&article_id=D0406994001322750270A3637&article_category=D0120522001321517425A44028&nm=D0405358001321517424A43801|MEC|D0407846001321517424A43802|D0120522001321517425A44028
mart
Doh - just looked at the one in garythebass's post, and it's exactly what you want for a fraction of the cost. But the MEC one will have a centre click, which you may prefer.
garythebass
Just to confirm, the one I posted does indeed have centre detent. Hope that helps
Ruck
Many thanks for all the help so far! so, ok i need one for an Aguilar OBP-1, should of made that clear in the OP. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HIGH-QUALITY-ALPHA-STACKED-DUAL-CONCENTRIC-POTENTIOMETER-B25K-LINEAR-POT-DCP2-/190665834354?pt=UK_Guitar_Accessories&hash=item2c6491bf72 so this one, having a centre dent, would it matter for the OBP-1? garythebass
Thought it might be - its a bit of a rare pot to need! Seems odd to me that Aguilar don't offer a stacked pot option like they do on the OBP2. I got one to fit an OBP1 to my Status Energy. Not completed it yet, though, as I had a problem with the volume pot. I doubt the centre-detent will bother you much as the boost on the OBP1 goes so high you probably won't get to half way! Ruck
I got the OBP-1 because I love how it lifts the the high mids when raising the treble - so I believe from watching the online videos - I assume it has quite a lenient "Q" whatever they call it. Awesome, thanks everyone for your suggestions and especially Gary for the eBay link! Got everything I need now.
