Chivalry
As seems with so many others... about 20-23 years ago i bought a Yamaha RBX250 fretless to try to learn on... silly idea,,, It kinda made life alot more difficult than it needed to be so kinda put me of after a few months of trying,, Fast forward to now... i dont know how well its been recieved by capable musicians... but i was drawn to buying rocksmith for the 360 out of curiosity to see if it could rekindle my love of the bass After 2 days i was hooked again! lol enough so,, that i decided my aged yammy fretless wasnt the best instrument for the job,, even if it is still in showroom condition.. lol So today after reading alot of reviews i treated myself to a Epiphone Thunderbird IV... bargain at £199 with a £60 hard case thrown in free.... well impressed and is arriving tomorow Let the fun commence! Musky
Welcome to the forum! There's been a lot of discussion as to whether Rocksmith might make a good practice tool. It seems to have worked in getting you back to the real thing at any rate. Scored yourself a bargain with the Epi I reckon.
