I bought this for £500 secondhand in 94 (think it was made around 92) and havent used it much at all, its a really nice sounding acoustic and not tinny sounding like a lot of acoustic basses are, everyone who has played this loves the tone. Furch are a quality guitar manufacturer and are really big around europe, read the history page in the link, rated as quality similar to Martin acoustics e.t.c. but for much cheaper. It in great condition except for the laquer on the fron has started to crack, just cosmetic and easily repairable, plays nice for an acoustic bass, great sound amped up or not. I have a TC Electronic BH500 head and need a cab to go with it, any offers considered, I am in Wigan in nthe North of England, will courier the bass to the right person if the swop is good, expect the same in return, bass has a hard case, but its not the original, there was no case when i bought it. Welcome to come and try if you live near, this has got to be worth £400 pound as its so rare and is a very collectable bass.
