The Fenton Weill looks cool. However I'm always suspicious of guitars and basses for sale with no strings on them.

I admire your restraint. I wouldn't describe that headstock as "re-drilled", I think I'd use a stronger term.

I would be more suspicious of the Jazz. Never trust a listing for a top end bass where they don't know how to spell bass.

Yeah, I was watching it - I thought that it would fetch a little bit more - even in the condition it was, they're rare old things.
