Wooks79
Hey all, So has anybody ever wanted their bass to sounds like a Nintendo? Come on it can't have just been me? Well anyway, I went through quite a few effects trying to get the sound, came close, but in the end I went the whole hog and just found a way to play my bass through the NES sound chip I used my bass into the b2m bass to midi adaptor, then into the NES, then took the sound out of the NES to my bass amp. Dirty NES chip tune awesomeness! Even better if anyone has a midi pickup or bass already. Or can just be used with a MIDI keyboard, or any software like ableton or protools to sequence with. Allsorts of fun, and can be used for miles more than just that, if you need some more details have a read here - http://www.wayfar.net/0xf00000_overview.php Anyways, these MIDINes carts are pretty rare, and there's a few specialist places I will list this if nobody here wants it, but wanted to give you all the first chance. So I'm selling the MIDINes cart, with an american NES (needed to be in tune, as it runs at a different speed to UK NES) and a tiny little LCD screen to pop on top of the NES for live use. £200 for all this which is a bargain considering its very hard to get hold of, and I will advertise it higher on the specialist chip tune sites. Any interest? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSKkDCm0rjw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJl0M3tD_6s Edited October 23, 2012 by Wooks79
