Only one pickup is wired (although both work). Chance for all you Wish skeptics to try one out. I am very much a beginner, but for that price this could be worth having waiting for a day when i'm ready for it. dougal Posted July 13, 2008 Author Posted July 13, 2008 Yeah, the neck is chunky enough not to need a truss rod. I ripped out the electrics to fit a toggle switch instead of a second volume, decided I liked the second volume better, so reverted it. There's nothing wrong with the pickup: if you attach clips to hot & cold wires it makes all the right noises - I suspect the pot is buggered (a technical term) and needs replacing. I'll try & get some clips of it up in the next couple of days. It has a very earthy and organic sound. Make sure you've read these so you know what you're getting, and you'll be fine!
