This was a little gig I did for a friend (Stew - the singer). He writes crazy amounts of quirky stuff and needs to let it all out occasionally. We did this gig with no rehearsal: he sent the band a CD of the set and we learnt it, met on the day, soundchecked and then played it. An exciting way to do a gig I can tell you! Aside from the panic and fear, it was a really nice evening - not the kind of thing I usually play but that's kind of why I like it!

We do indeed. Next gig at the Vic in Hitchin. BTW you did well to fit in the alcove at Molly's. We had to move furniture and move into the area to the left of the entrance as you come in the front door.

We are at the Red Lion Stevenage on 1st December. Last time we played there was a short notice cancellation by another band and we seemed to go downa storm so we are really looking forward to returning there.

Yea its a bit of a squeeze in there but some careful adjustments and the guitarist not minding being smacked with my headstock every so often and its all good!

Always a great crowd in the Red Lion, thankfully weve another couple booked there for next year.

Here's my band's 2 most recent promo videos from our debut album, which should be out early next year. We shot and edited them ourselves, with a budget of about £20 on each video.

I love this video! And the song. Bought the EP on the strength of it.

All of these videos are really well made and well played. Is there a thread where you can show less high quality stuff? :)

I started this thread and asked folk to post any style from phone footage to slick pro jobs.......anything goes as some of the videos shows :D

Amazingly shot phone footage of a first run through with no mics & 15w practice amps. I was impressed with how well this came out

Just came across this old clip that we did for German telly in 1999. One of the few clips of us on the web not recorded with a Smart Phone

I love that song! When I were a nipper of about 15, I used to sing that song while peddling my racing bike around Coventry. Great stuff, Steve, thanks.
