Lozz196 Posted November 12, 2012 Posted November 12, 2012
Speaking of which, anyone recommend the Hiscox cases? Think he is ordering me this one: http://www.dv247.com...tar-case--56184
Hiscox cases are excellent. To echo Matt P, the one you want for a Precision is the EBS case. Quote
eddiehoffmann Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 Just got mine delivered today. Not a great set up out of the box. Put a Badass II on it, gave a nice set up and... Wow! Sounds and plays great even with the Fender Nickel rounds that came with it. I'm really liking the kinda "flat" neck profile. I will report back after my gig tonight. Shame my Status Premium Rounds didn't arrive in time for tonight's gig. Maybe tomorrow... Stay tuned Quote
guybrush threepwood Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 That's a beautiful looking precision. Quote
Lfalex v1.1 Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012
That sounds wrong to me - sure the dealer isn't just tryin to flog you a new case (whilst also selling the original Fender case to someone else)?
I got my MIA s1 for £650 (yeah, a while back) by picking it up in one of my old Hiscox. Not a bad idea IMO. Quote
dmccombe7 Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 No matter what the cost is its still a nice bass so have a great Xmas enjoying it mate. I like it. Cheers Dave Quote
mckendrick Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012
Thinking about a black pickguard will set this thing right off!
Don't do it, man. That thing looks gorgeous as it is. Quote
