It has a few scratches on the paintwork due to wear and tear - mostly on the silver border/logos but its very minor, and the pedal works perfectly. It's a great pedal and i'm only getting rid of it because my new bass amp has an in-built compressor that does the job. guitarguitar are selling this for £169 new so i'm looking for £110 - this includes postage.
