In a shamelessly self-absorbed fashion, I thought I'd post a link to my Soundcloud to see what you all think (nice comments please!). These were recorded nearly a year ago and I think I've come on a long way since then as a player but I think it was quite a special gig, I put together the band especially for the gig and they all really delivered. It's me (Mark Trounson) on bass, Ronan Perrett on alto sax, David Ferris on piano and Lloyd Haines on drums. All the tunes are my own compositions, though one of them is based on a well-known jazz standard (guess which one). My favourite one is 'Intents and Porpoises'.

Sorry that the recordings are really quiet, they came straight off a portable recorder so you might need headphones to get a decent level.
