Bare Knuckle Pickups PJ Bass Set

I've recently come across Bare Knuckle Pickups in the context of guitar pickups, my previous experience being mainly with Seymour Duncan in guitar and EMG in bass. The sound clips on their website sound really good and I know BKP have a great reputation with guitar players but I can't find much opinion about their bass pickups. Does anyone have any experience of BKP bass pickups?

I help them out with some web stuff, which is why I saw your post, though I play in a band with a guy that has BKP in his bass, and I can tell you it rocks the house out!

Best thing to do might be to pop along to their forums and ask the community there, it's pretty active and you'll get good feedback.

BKP have brilliant customer support. From day one they have been first class.

Before the project got de-railed by my housemove, the custom Precision Jon Shuker was going to build for me was going to have a Bareknuckle P/J set, he spoke very highly of them saying they were some of the closest copies of the vintage pickups he'd heard.
