Hi! So as I've said, I don't usually do these introduction things but for some reason I thought it'd be necessary on here!

I'm 19 years old and from Cumbria in England. I started playing bass in February 2012 when my friend asked me to fill in for his band member that had left 4 days before a gig! I'd never even picked the instrument up before and as soon as I started learning I loved it, never seem to put it down now. I may be mistaken, but is cumbria not in a quite "well to do" area of england? in which case, his nice gear might just be typical of the nature of the people in the area
