PeterSchofield
Hi guys, I've been searching the internet for a half decent but cheap cover/case for my Ashdown 410T cab and I've seen people talking about these Roq Solid covers. Would any one recommend them? Cheers, Peter

redstriper
They made mine to order a couple of years ago and I've been very happy.
GreeneKing
Brilliant product!
nuzzlemuff
Yes, had several made to my custom requirements and they're fine. Follow the dictum 'measure twice, cut once' (they do the cutting of course) and they will fit well and look good.
RandomBass
As above really. I use them for my amps and cabinets - high quality, good prices and fast delivery. What more could you want?
davehux
Have ordered several over the years, including for an Ashdown 410 Fit like a glove, look great, never managed to rip one yet
casapete
Another satisfied user here - great product & quick turnaround. Got mine via ebay which was slightly cheaper than going direct for some strange reason.
Pow_22
They are great and have good customer service. Only downside is they are very expensive for what they are

Conan
Yep - good stuff - but make sure you are absolutely sure on the measurements! The cover for my Vintage is great, but the cut-outs for the handles are slightly misaligned. To be fair, I should have returned it but couldn't be arsed! They would have happily done me another one but I hate waste...
4 Strings
Another happy customer here. I suppose you pay a lot for quality as they are not cheap but I'm very happy, mine are still as new after a year ( and while I don't abuse my gear, its there to serve me, not the other way around) and the cabs are as new too. They even go the very slight offset of the handle on my Midget just right too from their own standard template.
allighatt0r
Yes, highly recommended. They're great.
PeterSchofield
Thanks a lot, going to get some very soon! They seem a much cheaper option than many other cases/covers. Pete
Phil-osopher10
I would highly recommend jenart covers!
Marvin
How well padded are the Roqsolid covers? I'm considering getting one. Either that or HotCovers seem quite good.
Lozz196
The Roqsolid are fairly padded, but I don`t think they would stop a proper knock. If padding is the main concern, I found Hotcovers to be much more padded, though I prefer Roqsolid as I use covers purely to stop rain when carrying my gear outside. Marvin
Cheers Lozz. Might go for the HotCover in that case. Thanks again.
JTUK
Any cover is going to help protect a cab, but the Roqsolid ones are quite thick and both my cabs are as new after nearly 18months. Well worth the money. .....but, i don't go crashing these cabs into the back of a van.. they travel in my car and are loaded by me and that is enough to cater for 90% of little bumps. It is like the difference in a gig bag and a hard case. Hard cases are for rough-ish use, soft bags/covers take the sting out of little bumps and scrapes. WalMan
Yup I'd recommend Roqsolid too. I have had covers from then for all my cabs & combos in recent years and they are well built and last well. Even got them to make a case (a slightly modded version of another case) for my Roland bass pedals. Sent an email & had a reply the same day with some suggesions of possibilities. After a couple more emails with dimensions it was sorted and I had the case/cover withing a fortnight (even quicker IIRC)
