I've emailed them... asking for more photos and serial number. Says they need my email address for that and that they live in Shetland! I asked why it shows them in Bournemouth! We'll see!

Dont waste your time guys...as someone else has stated this is a SCAM. Loads of Wals appear up in Shetland. It's all fiction I tell you!

I know and there's no way I'd buy a Bass unseen for £1700 from someone who has no name and who is very vague about their whereabouts!

If half of the Wals you see advertised for sale on the Shetland Isles were genuine the island would probably sink under the weight. You'd think that they might think that the transaction is always by Moneytransfer might make people a bit suspicious...

Yes, once saw my MK1 fretted for sale on Gumtree in the Shetlands, despite the fact that it was sitting in my house in Kent at the time. The photographs used were taken in the home of the previous owner (I remembered the carpet!). I don't know where the 'seller' got the photos from as I'd had the bass for quite a few years.
