Can't upload pics?

Morning

I'm posting a NBD review and can't attach pics of my funky Adamovic.

I get a message saying "[color=#80001C][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][size=3]Error [/size][/font][/color][b]No file was selected for upload"[/b]
Even though I did what I normally do. Odd?

Have you gone into your profile page and deleted old attachments (on the 'Manage your attachments' tab), making space for new ones?

Yes loads of space. Curious. Wonder if anyone else is having issues or whether its just me?

I've been trying to upload photos as well and it 'aint 'aving it.

Could well be down to the other problems. There's lots of site functionality still missing.

In the meantime your best off using an image hosting service like Photobucket.

Yes that's right, we installed a security fix yesterday and I think the upload system needs adjusting. I'm hoping it'll be fixed at some point today.

For the moment it's probably best to use something like Photobucket instead.

Personally I prefer the Photobucket option as the photos appear nice a big in the thread already and no further user action is required to view them properly.

Plus it reduces the bandwidth and server space requirements for the Basschat forum.
