Broken Whammy IV :'(

I believe that the whammy that I bought off of eBay is broke!

Both the output jacks work, but when I engage the effect, the wet output goes silent apart from a low gurgle through my amp.

I have tried recalibrating it many times but still no avail.

Please, somebody help me!

Maybe you have it on the 2 octave down setting?

Alec, A few questions...

How do you have it connected?
Are you using both outputs in an interesting way, or just the effected output in a traditional manner?
What power supply are you using? An official Digitech one?
When you get this 'low gurgle' does changing the setting (via the knob) for the position of the expression pedal change anything?
