MarshallBTB Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 Going to be going to Oz with the girlfriend for a year next winter, wondering if anyone has done the same and what they did when the need to play music came? Obviously I cant drag a bass around with me, so I was thinking about getting a travel guitar of some sort, and maybe buy a bass/guitar when I'm there that I could sell/give away (depending on the price) when we want to move around. Roland Rock Posted November 23, 2012 Posted November 23, 2012 When I spent a year on Oz, the urge was too much for me, so I bought an acoustic bass for jamming and busking with a friend. It was big, but not that much trouble to cart around in cars/coaches. Quote
