Repair to 'Mooradian' DB padded case

Can anybody help? I have a thickly padded DB case. Two of the sown-on-handles have come adrift from the case and need
to be re-sown back onto the case. Can anybody recommend anybody who can do this? South Manchester area prefered, but willing to travel.
