Can you leave 2 speaker cables (jacks) in the back of an amp with only one connected to a speaker?

Hi

I have an SVt3pro and a wireless system in a rack flightcase and ive got power supplys / 4 way and LED transformer also in the back. I've just bought a vented rack panel to put on the back and keep the multiple leads neat an in place. The rack panel has holes for leads to come through and the idea was that I would just leave the 2 speaker leads plugged in to the back and poke them through the holes and use one or both as I saw fit as it would be a pain to keep unscrewing the back off and kind of defeat the purpose.

Is it okay to leave one unconnected lead in the back of the amp? or will it cause a change in output getting to the connected speaker cabinet? Can;t work out if it would just change when you have it connected up.

Cheers
