They had a gold individually numbered 50th ann. neckplate with a big 50 on it and a wee 50th anniversary sticker on the back of the headstock and/or pickguard i'm sure. [/quote] Ah, that'll just be a normal American Standard that happens to be from 1996 as opposed to the actual Anniversary model. Those just had a sticker on the back of the headstock.
