Didn't need to go back to the manufacturer as Andertons (the dealer) have agreed to repair the cab! Result!

Obviously I can now not speak highly enough of Anderton's customer service!

Result , well done , I guess buying from a reputable outfit , even if it costs a few quid more, does influence the service and their ability to help out with the occasional issue as this , I suspect the box shifters and marginal sellers that may offer a 'bargain' would be far more likely to put obstacles in the way for consequential losses such as you suffered.

Andertons is a great store. I've only ordered from them once but would gladly order from them again and recommend them to others. Glad you got it all sorted
