Dolando
Yea i might be brave and try one. Because I like the neck, the colour matches the bass really well and I'm happy with how it sounds. So, if I can get away with not swapping it for another neck that would be ideal. Dolando
Just a thought...If I were to fill the slots in with a filler, or laminate for that matter, how should the neck be when I do it? Sould I leave the tension on or do I loosen the truss completely? Thanks, Adam
yorks5stringer
Don't know if it will work but in the £1 Shops you can get a set of 3 marker pens for covering scratches in wood. They are 3 different colours and you can build up the colour, letting each coat dry first.

On second thoughts, maybe you'd want your neck set up as if it it was ready to play, mind a little truss rod tweak should not cause any issues...?
