Marvin
http://www.guardian....-cobain-nirvana And then actually if you really read it, he's not actually replacing Cobain, there just doing a slot together. Well that's how I read it anyway. It's not really a very good fit tbh. Not in a, " that Macca is a ......" you usually get online, but there are probably more suitable artists. paulconnolly
Probably an opportunity for the remaining members of Nirvana to write a song with and play live with one of their heroes.

Deep Thought
Fair play to 'em. I just hope they don't attempt 'Smells like Teen Spirit'.

mart
Well, if I thought Courtney Love might turn up, I think I'd opt for a few years sabbatical in the middle east. The middle east, by the way, what is that - part way between Ely and Norwich?

4 Strings
Did he smash his Hofner?
jaydentaku
No, he was playing some goodness knows what, uke, type thing. It looked like a GCSE project. He hardly touched it really and Dave was doing most of the singing. I really can't understand why he was there/needed. I am not even sure it was plugged in. He did give a resounded "oh yeaah" at the end though. Implying, yes, that was truly amazing, wasn't it!? Very grungy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=RFmlN0ENuXQ Edited December 13, 2012 by jaydentaku
