New classifieds section - gone for now

Hi guys

Sorry to do this without much warning, but the new 'classifieds' experiment has now been hidden, so please carry on using the regular sales forums as normal.

Apologies if you listed something there recently, but because we didn't enable the paid adverts it should hopefully only be a minor inconvenience at worst.

We do plan to use the classifieds plugin at some point, but rather than for private sales we'll modify it to be the BC shop, probably.

Thanks for all your feedback in the recent threads about the new system. You spoke (typed, unless you're one of those people who do both in unison) and we listened.

I think the idea was good, and appreciate all the work that was involved, but the informalness of the marketplace, is kinda nice.

Good call - I can appreciate the thinking behind the the New Classified section, but the trouble is that the old 'for sale' sections just work so well.....!
