EBS: What Does It Stand For??

Having far too much time on my hands I mailed EBS to see what EBS stands for.
I thought it stood for 'Efekt Bass System'. This is how it went:

Yes, it is, actually.

Here's the story...
Back in the 80's when Bo and Mats registered the company, they decided to
call it Effect Bass System (EBS). However, it turned out somebody else had
already registered that name - they still wanted to keep EBS as the short
name, so just to get the application through, they changed the spelling to
Efekt Bass System. The word Efekt does not spell that way in any real
language.

However, with time, it makes little sense to use that, so the official
version became Electric Bass System.

Personally, I prefer the version that one of AC/DC's crew members came up
with: -EBS, wtf is that?! Expensive Bass sh*t?
