alstocko Posted December 18, 2012 Share Posted December 18, 2012 (edited) Up for sale is my beloved valve combo! It's a Hughes and Kettner all-valve 20 watt combo. It has two channels (clean and overdrive) which both sound delicious (the valve overdrive is to die for!) The sound is all put out by a Celestion G12 8ohm speaker with an external speaker jack out too. There's an FX loop and a DI out in the back too. There's a built in power attenuator, that's a great feature that allows you to push the valves hard at low volumes, making those rock tones practicable! Also, built in spring reverb! Had the power valves redone about a year ago, and has hardly been used since (only in the house) all re-baised by a proper amp tech (the preamp valves were replaced soon before then! Unfortunately times are hard and I hardly play electric any more, so it has to go! £175 seems very reasonable to me, collected from Warrington please!
