Great customer service from Hercules

I contacted Shopatron who distribute Hercules gear in the UK as i'd lost the tightening screw on my double stand. Alex went out of his way to identify the correct part and sent it to me free of charge.

We're always quick to bemoan poor service so it's only right to report the good stuff as well

Nice one I read a lot of good customer service stories on here which is great as companies that go the extra mile deserve recognition. And I like to know who is most deserving of my pennies
