Fender MIM Advice Needed

Hi, just wondered what you make of this,

On first inspection it looks ok, but it looks like the pickguard screws and pole pieces are rusting. Would this be down to it being stored in a damp enviroment, and if so, would that have effected the wood in any way.

Down to playing it and sweating on the screws in those areas. Some people, and some medications makes for corrosive sweat.

Looks decent, a couple of quid for new screws and sell the old ones as "reliced"
